Who is this program for?

This program is for the dedicated and disciplined individual, who has goals that want to achieve. This is for athletes who want to take matters and their progress into their own hands. This is for athletes who are willing to commit at least 3 months of their time to achieve results. The footballer who wants to play Professionally, collegiately, for their Varsity team or their Club’s A-Team. The entrepreneur/businessman or woman who wants to invest in themselves to take their productivity and efficiency to higher levels, while also being able to enjoy their social life and strengthen their relationships, without getting burned out.

Who is this program not for?

This program is not for the individual who is not consistent. For the individual who only relies on motivation to do the things that they need to achieve their goals. For the indiviual who only talks and takes no action. For the individual who is not willing to put themselves first and create higher standards for themselves to achieve their goals. For the individual who is not willing to put the time and commitment to see results.

When will I see the results?

You will see results in the first couple of days. You will see visible results within the first month. You will notice massive results in 3-6 months, as long as you follow through and do everything that is required from you.
